We can take regular breaks using this “20-20-20” rule after every 20 minutes by shifting our eyes to look at an object that is 20 feet for at least 20 seconds.

Again, zoom out slowly while remaining focused on your thumb, and repeat this exercise 3-4 times. 6] Roll Your Eyes Left And Right
